In France / Monday to Friday.

Colissimo Relais deliveries are free with all purchases.

  • Order before 3:00 p.m.: Shipped the same day*
  • Order after 3:00 p.m.: Shipped the next day*
  • Orders after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and weekends: Shipped the following Monday*
  • Order on a public holiday: Dispatched the next working day

* During promotional operations, these deadlines may be extended due to the large number of orders.

Returns

Got a size problem? A defect? ​​Want to return your items? Simply follow these steps.

🔄 Make a return in 3 steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your customer area.

2️⃣ Select the order in question and click on “Return my order”.

3️⃣ Follow the instructions and download your return label.

Regardless of the reason for your return, we will automatically credit the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase after reviewing your return.

Do you want to change your size? Simply follow the instructions in your customer account.

Please note, you have 14 days after the date of receipt at the relay point and in the mailbox for home delivery to return your products.
